Things you may want to know before hiring Precision Detailing & Coatings

• Will you pick up my vehicle from my house?

  We can! Vehicle transport is available for an additional fee. If you find yourself unable to drop off your vehicle at our shop, we will come to you with our vehicle transport trailer. Your vehicle must be fully insured and you’ll need to sign a permission waiver.

• Can I pay with Bitcoin?

  No. But we take almost every other payment option available. VISA, Discover, American Express, or Checks written out to Precision Detailing, LLC will do. (3% fee for all credit card or PayPal payments.)

• How do I set up an appointment for my vehicle?

  All services are performed only by appointment. Cost estimates for most services can be given through email or over the phone based on the year, make and model of the vehicle. However, an exact quote is given after a physical assessment and depends on size, type and overall condition of the vehicle.

  Paint correction, coatings and PPF services require a non-refundable deposit of 20%.

• What if I need to cancel my appointment?

  We’ll allow you to cancel at any time. However we do have a cancellation policy in place which means a small fee will be charged depending on your service requested and unique circumstances.

  Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 15% will be charged for cancelled appointments less than 48 hours in advance.
